For our first film, we are incredibly honored to be able to partner with so many Charities which are utilizing exciting and innovative approaches to educating our future leaders. Because we believe that the best form of education encompasses elements both in and out of the classroom, we are focused on supporting Charities that cover a wide variety of approaches to learning. By the end of our first film, we expect to give away millions of dollars to these programs!

Here is how the program works:

Beginning on March 1st, 2012 we will start accepting applications from interested Charities throughout the US. We will have an application form on this page which will detail to each Charity the required steps in the application process. 150 organizations will be selected to participate in the program and each will then begin preparing their support base to rally around the film when it is released in theaters. Every ReDistribute film will be either PG or PG-13 and will be appropriate for the entire family.

There will be a voting procedure in place where individuals who go to the theater box office and purchase a ticket are then able to vote for one of the 150 participating Charities. The 50 Charities which are able to rally the most people to vote for them, become the recipients of the donated profit. There will be separate categories for different sized organizations so regional programs will not be required to compete against their national counterparts.

While there is work required to be successful, we are intentional about making sure that each participating Charity is able to compete without spending any of their already limited budget. The ReDistribute team will work closely with you to help with creative ideas and to aid in any other way possible.

The Charities listed below are intimately connected to the intellectual formation of the ReDistribute team and we have selected them in advance as a thank you for their impact.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have and thank you again for your great work!
